INGREDIENTS – Beans Egg Poriyal or Podimas
- Beans – 1/4 cup finely chopped
- 1 tsp Oil or Ghee
- Mustard – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves(chopped)
- 1 Onion – finely chopped
- 1 green chili -chopped (optional)
- Salt – Required
- Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
- 1 Egg
- Water – Required (quarter tumbler)
Step by Step for Beans Egg Poriyal Recipe
- Wash the beans and cut the small portion of top and bottom of the beans. Then cut the small pieces of beans.
- Take required online for taste and finely chopped onion.
- Green chili is optional. Those who want the taste of green chili then finely chopped green chili and add it.
- Take a Pan or Kadai to add one tablespoon of Oil or Ghee.
- Once the oil is heated add mustard and cumin seed 1/2 tablespoon.
- Add finely chopped onion and green chili with curry leaves.
- Saute 2-3 minutes in medium flame. Now the onion turned golden brown.
